Room for the whole party, right off the interstate.
Seventy-five rooms, twenty-seven suites and the largest event space of our three Weatherford hotels — so the rehearsal dinner, the sales meeting and the tournament team all fit under one roof. Free hot breakfast, an indoor heated pool, a dry sauna, and a front desk that answers on the first ring.
Three reasons people drive past the other exits
See every amenity →The suite count
Twenty-seven suites out of seventy-five rooms. Sofa bed, wet bar, a door between the kids and the conversation.
The event space
Three ground-floor meeting rooms for up to 90 guests — rehearsal dinners, depositions, safety meetings and Sunday brunches all happen here.
The exit
Exit 409 off I-20 means you are off the interstate and parked in under a minute, with room for a bus, a gooseneck or a work truck.

Group & event details →
Twenty-seven of our seventy-five rooms are suites.
That is an unusual ratio for a select-service hotel, and it is why families, crews and week-long guests end up here. Suites add a sofa bed, a wet bar with microwave and fridge, and a door between the sleeping and sitting areas.

The courthouse square
A working 1886 Second Empire courthouse ringed with restaurants, antiques and a Saturday-morning pace.
Cutting-horse country
Weatherford calls itself the Cutting Horse Capital of the World, and the arena calendar backs it up.
Peach Capital of Texas
Parker County orchards and roadside stands run all summer, and the Peach Festival fills the square in July.
Fort Worth in 30
The Stockyards, the museums and Dickies Arena are a half-hour east — without Fort Worth room rates.

Questions we answer at the desk
How far is the hotel from downtown Weatherford?
About five minutes — 2.5 miles up Main Street to the Parker County courthouse square, where most of the restaurants and shops are.
Do you have meeting space for weddings and corporate events?
Yes — the largest event space of our three Weatherford hotels. Our Hampton Inn & Suites also has a conference room of about 600 square feet seating up to 60, next door. The Weatherford Room is 1,080 square feet and seats up to 90, and a divider splits it into the Mary Martin Room (570 sq ft) and the Larry Hagman Room (350 sq ft). Ground floor, own entrance, and you can bring in catering from any restaurant in town.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes — dogs and cats, $40 per pet per night, up to two pets and 50 lbs each. Mention it when you book so we put you in the right room.
Is breakfast included?
Every rate includes free hot breakfast — eggs, biscuits and gravy, the pancake machine, and the cinnamon rolls people plan their morning around.
How do I set up a room block for a wedding or a team?
Use the room block form at stayweatherford.com/room-blocks/, email hie@panchalhospitality.com or call 682-290-4100, option 4 for group sales. Ten rooms or more gets a negotiated rate and a booking link your guests use themselves.
How far is DFW Airport?
Roughly 50 minutes and 48 miles east, straight down I-20 to Highway 360. Fort Worth is about 30 minutes.
Elevating hospitality, one guest at a time.
IHG calls its service standard True Hospitality, and it comes down to the same thing our owners have always asked for: notice what the guest needs before they have to ask. Early check-in when the room is ready. A late breakfast plate for the crew that got in at 2:00 AM. The desk knowing which venue your wedding is at before you finish saying it.
IHG True Hospitality
IHG's service standard and our instinct: greet warmly, anticipate what is next, and make the day easier than you expected it to be.
IHG One Rewards recognition
Members are welcomed by name at check-in, with points on every direct booking.
Family-owned, and it shows
Our owners live in Parker County and know this team by name. A manager is on site to make your stay better while you are still here — not to answer a review afterward.
Sold out, or need a different price point?
Panchal Hospitality Management runs three hotels in Weatherford. If this one is full for your dates — or your block needs more rooms than one property can hold — the other two are minutes away, and one call covers all three.
