Weddings & room blocks
Guests spread across three counties, a rehearsal dinner that needs a room, and a shuttle that needs somewhere to sit. We block rooms for venues all over Parker County and hold your rate through the RSVP deadline.
Corporate & business travel
Negotiated annual rates for companies working Parker County, direct billing, and a meeting room for the quarterly that used to happen on a conference call.
Sports teams & tournaments
Bus and trailer parking, to-go bags before breakfast opens on game day, rooms held together on one floor, and a meeting room for film or a team dinner.
Reunions & affinity groups
Family reunions, church groups, car and motorcycle clubs, associations. With a block the meeting room and the patio come with it, so the group has somewhere to gather that is not a hotel lobby.
Oil, gas & project crews
Crews working the Barnett and the pipeline corridors stay here for weeks at a time. Weekly rates, direct billing to the company, breakfast from 6:00 AM with to-go bags for earlier crew calls, and laundry on site.
Extended stay
Relocations, insurance placements, travel nurses at Medical City Weatherford. Suites with a fridge, microwave and wet bar, plus a housekeeping schedule that fits a long stay.
Pet-friendly travel
Dogs are welcome with a $75 non-refundable fee per stay. Ground-floor rooms near the side door and a grass strip that does not require crossing the parking lot.
Meeting & event space
One flexible ground-floor conference room of about 600 square feet, seating up to 60 — right for a rehearsal dinner, a training day, a board meeting or a team film session. Need more space? Our sister Holiday Inn Express & Suites has a 1,080 sq ft room that divides in two and hosts events up to 90 guests, next door on the same frontage road.
